Биография
Timothy Edward O’Connor was educated at Creighton University and the University of Minnesota, focusing on Theology and History. He taught Russian History at the University of Northern Iowa (UNI) before serving for almost fifteen years as the Vice-President of International Programs. In August 2009 Timothy began working at MISiS as the Vice-Rector of Academic Affairs. Throughout his tenure at UNI he served as the Director of University Relations for American Councils for International Education: ACTR/ACCELS, a position that he continues to maintain while working at MISiS.
